Boma Guarantee
All Boma Jewelry is crafted from the finest raw materials available and each piece is guaranteed for life against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. Lifetime guarantee does not cover damage due to normal wear-and-tear or abuse as determined by Boma.
If our products do not conform to this guarantee, please return merchandise to the point of purchase and Boma shall repair or replace the defective products as long as the item or components are still available.
Watch One-Year Warranty
Your Boma watch with quartz movement is warranted against manufacture's defects for one year from the original date of purchase. If any fault should be found with your Boma watch, it will be repaired or replaced upon receipt of completed warranty card, proof of purchase (including original purchase date) and a check or money order in the amount of $10.00 for postage and handling. No credit for the watch will be issued by Boma or the original dealer. For return authorization, please call: (866) 366-BOMA (2662) in the US.
This warranty does not cover watch bands, bracelets, crystals, batteries, wear to the case or moisture damage. Nor does it apply if there is evidence of misuse or abuse, including defects related to servicing not carried out by authorized agents. Damage not covered by this warranty may be repaired for an additional charge.
